Vermont Yankee Summation for 2009 to 2010 Legislative Year

A review of progress made by Entergy Nuclear VT Yankee towards addressing challenges identified by Act 189, and to present information and analysis regarding reliability issues at the reactor. This report focuses on six significant issues, including additional tritium leaks, impacts of leaks on decommissioning costs, contaminated groundwater, ENVY’s lack of progress on action items set by the Public Oversight Panel, and concerns about the Net Positive Suction Head.
